Breakfast clubCome along and enjoy a healthy breakfast and some fun before school. Games, activities, drawing, reading, competitions and much more...

7:50 am - 8:50 am every day at Mandevile Primary school. Come to the main entrance by the Children's Center. Open to all children from nursery to year 6

Special diets provided  for on request.

Cool Zone

Cool Zone is a drop in social club for children aged 8 and over.  Children are welcome to stay at school every Tuesday and Thursday from 3.15 to 5pm.  There is the opportunity to play games, take part in activities, play on the computers or just spend time with friends.  Children contribute 50p per week for their snack.

We also ask that everyone who attends Cool Zone signs up to the Coolzone Agreement.

Art Club: Monday 3.15 – 4.15

This club is open to children in years 3, 4, 5, & 6.  Run by Lorna, a professional artist, children have the opportunity to create works of art to be displayed in the school and for occasional local exhibitions.

Storytellers: Monday 3.15 – 4.15

A club open to all children (Reception to year 6). The chance for children to share books together, discuss  and vote for some of their favourites.  ONLY 8 places - so be quick!

Singing club: Tuesday 12.40 – 1.10

A new club for Years 1&2, run by Mrs Cooper, offers the chance for children enjoy making music, singing songs and having fun.

Elitebeats: Tuesday 3.15 – 4.15

Open to all children in Years 1, 2 & 3. Come along and discover rhythm using drums

Speedstacking: Tuesday 3.15 – 4.15

Speed Stacking or cup stacking is an activity that involves stacking cups in a particular order.  It is good for hand eye coordination, improves use of both sides of the brain, concentration and is very addictive.

Computer club

  • COMPUTER CLUB 4 BOYS: Tuesday 12.15 – 12.45
  • COMPUTER CLUB 4 GIRLS: Friday 12.15 – 12.45

A club for boys only & a club for girls only!  Open to girls or boys in year 5 & 6.  Mrs Chambers will help you to be creative and clever with a computer.  Only 8 places available so be quick!


Football: Wednesday 3.15 – 4.15

This club is open to boys and girls in Reception – Yr6.  Bring along your kit and learn new skills.

KS1 Tennis: Wednesday 3.15 – 4.15

Open to Reception, Yr 1 & Yr2, run by a professional coach, maybe you could be our next Wimbledon hopeful!

Homework club: Wednesday 3.15 – 4.15

No need to book, just come along and do your homework with help, support and all the right equipment.

Keystage 1 French Club  12.15 - 1.15

This club is open to both KS1 and KS2.  The children will learn to read, write and speak French with a number of fun activities.

Gardening club: Thursdays 3.15 – 4.15

Open to children in Reception-Yr2. Learn how to grow your own plants, vegetables and flowers with Mrs Bourner.

Keystage 2 French Club: Thursday 3.15 – 4.15

This club is open to both KS1 and KS2.  The children will learn to read, write and speak French with a number of fun activities.

KS 2 Fashion Design: Thursday 3.15 – 4.15

Come along and learn colour and fashion co-ordination.  Explore illustrations, mood boards and fabrics and produce something unique.

Craft Club: 3.15 - 4.15

This club is open to the whole school and gives the children a chance to experiment and do and make crafty goods.

KS2 Mandeville Junior choir: Friday 3.15 – 4.00

The choir welcomes all children from years 3, 4, 5, & 6.  Mrs Longhurst & Mrs Cooper offer the chance to enjoy singing every Friday and to perform at special events representing Mandeville School.

Streetdance: 3.15 -4.15

A  club for years 1-6 to try out their dance moves with Apex Sports.
