Monitoring and Filtering

 The London Grid for Learning (LGfL) provides our filtering (firewall) with SENSO providing the monitoring and alerts for unusual or inappropriate activity. This means that when children are using technology in school they are kept safe from: 

• any harmful or inappropriate content
• any unwanted or potentially dangerous communication
• any commercial sites which encourage children to buy or gamble
•  any unkind comments or other conduct that would cause them distress

The Head Teacher is alerted to any key words that may be searched for or written on any device in school and is therefore able to intervene very quickly if necessary.
