Class Teacher

 

Are you a passionate about learning and would really like to make a difference to children’s lives? We are looking for a confident and inspiring teacher to join our cheerful, friendly and hardworking team in either KS1 or KS2. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

Mandeville is a 2 form entry school with a morning only Nursery. We have a reputation for being a friendly, inclusive and diverse school that values every child in their own right. This was confirmed by our recent Ofsted inspection report (Nov 2021):

Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic individual to join our team of dedicated staff as a Teaching Assistant in our Early Years unit. The post involves supporting pupils learning and emotional needs within the classroom environment as well as delivering some interventions. The successful candidate will be able to work under the class teacher's direction as well as independently either in class, small groups or 1 to 1 support.

Our Early Years unit, which was found to be Outstanding by Ofsted, has all the ingredients for excellence: an enthusiastic team with lots of good practice, fabulous facilities with generous space, good quality resources and lively and enthusiastic children. We are keen to find a new member of staff who is as committed and ambitious as we are.  You will have GCSEs in English, Maths and Science at grade C or above.
