Faces after school care offers safe, fun and nurturing after school care at the end of a busy school day with a range of outdoor play and high quality indoor provision.

Children are involved in the planning of activities.  There are a range of activities to choose from such as arts and crafts, reading, construction, small world, physical play. There is also a quiet area to relax, computers and a homework table should they need to complete homework.

Which years can attend?

Faces after school care is available for children from Reception up to Year 6.

At the end of the school day all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 will be collected from their classrooms and taken to “The Lodge”. Children in Year 3 and above will make their own way there.

Will my child have something to eat?

Light snacks that are prepared daily will be available. Children will only be able to eat the snacks provided at Spiral Faces and will not be permitted to bring their own food to eat.

Where do I pick my child up?

Parents or carers will use the gated entrance by “The Lodge”, at the bottom of the Early Years outside area to collect their children. There will be a secure door with a door bell and an entry-phone system where they can speak to staff for admittance into the building to collect their children. Please note that for the safety of children, they will only be released to parents/carers that are listed as contacts on their registration forms. Please advise the After School Care of any changes.
